The team was small but ambitious, juggling customer discovery, product development, and fundraising at the same time. Tools like ChatGPT could draft text, but lacked memory of what had already been discussed or how decisions tied back to business goals. Documentation was scattered across Notion, task tracking lived in Linear, and context was constantly getting lost.
